LITTLE ROCK, Arkansas (February 4, 2025) — Clergywomen of the Arkansas Conference: MFA is offering full scholarships to Lead(HER), a new conference for women in pastoral leadership hosted April 29-30 by Resurrection, a United Methodist congregation in Leawood, Kan.

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (February 4, 2025) — Any student attending a United Methodist seminary and seeking ordination as an Elder or Deacon within the Arkansas Conference of the United Methodist Church is eligible to apply for the MFA Seminary Scholarship, which provides $22,000 per year for a three-year period. The application window for Fall 2025 is now open.
The Journeys of Paul to Greece and Turkey International Study Cohort will be a comprehensive international study experience comprised of fifteen pastors who will study overseas for the purpose of gaining knowledge and information that will strengthen their preaching in local congregations.
The Methodist Foundation for Arkansas is committed to providing funding for Laity and Clergy training in specialized areas of ministries such as Music, Youth Ministry, Spiritual Direction, Christian Education, as well as other professional fields of study.
The Clergy Growth and Renewal Fund has been established by The Methodist Foundation for Arkansas to provide financial support for clergy in the Arkansas Annual Conference of The United Methodist Church to experience events that promote personal or spiritual growth and perfecting professional skills. These funds are available to Elders, Deacons, and Local Pastors under appointment.
The Methodist Foundation for Arkansas is honored to partner with the Winthrop Rockefeller Foundation in the creation of The Micah Fellows Program, a 9-month learning community for faith and community leaders in Arkansas designed to catalyze economic justice and anti-poverty efforts in our communities.
